Equity Analyst

Job Summary

Reporting to the Associate Director of Financial Reporting, this person will perform several key finance functions including the administration of our equity program, the accounting of stock-based compensation, and assist in internal and external reporting.


  • Equity plan administration of employee awards, exercises, forfeitures, modifications, and employee stock purchase plan
  • Prepare journal entries with respect to stock-based compensation activity
  • Create ongoing documentation for the fair value of the Company’s stock-based awards
  • Maintain documentation of quality control for all fair value calculations and award modifications
  • Create and retain evidence of successful internal control execution on a timely basis
  • Prepare year end reporting to IRS including Form 1099, Form 3921, and Form 3922 and supporting schedules
  • Support the Managing Director of Financial Reporting in maintaining the Company’s financial reporting systems and policies with respect to stock-based compensation
  • Assist in the preparation of SEC reports including Section 16 filings, Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, proxy statement, etc. including the compilation and organization of supporting documentation
  • Interface with external auditors for quarterly reviews and annual audit
  • Other miscellaneous Finance projects as necessary


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Must have solid background in U.S. GAAP principles
  • 1 - 3 years of work experience 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, spreadsheet and database applications
  • Discretion with sensitive materials
